Sputnik is free software that you can download and use on your own server, with or without modifications. However, if you just want to get a Sputnik-based wiki without the hassle of installation, we can host it for you.
How do I sign up?
For the moment, we there is no automated sign up process. If you want an account, email the Mailing List or qaramazov at gmail dot com.
How much does it cost?
It's free.
What's the catch?
This is just a way to make it easier for people to use Sputnik. At the moment we expect that this won't create too much cost for us. If your wiki becomes the next Wikipedia and we cannot deal with your traffic, we'll work with you to help you find a different way to host it.
What will my domain be?
You can either point your own domain to our server or we can create your wiki under http://spu.tnik.org/spaces/your_wiki_name.
